Payment and deposit
Please note the following before booking.
Payment before arrival
Payment is required via bank transfer before arrival. The property will contact you after booking with instructions.
Damage deposit
A damage deposit of ZAR 4,000 is required, charged days before arrival by bank transfer. It is fully refunded via bank transfer within 14 days of check-out if there is no damage to the property.
Arrival time
Please inform Thatch by the Sea in advance of your expected arrival time, using the Special Requests box when booking or by contacting the property directly using the details in your confirmation.
House rules
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
